another one i thought was pretty interesting. witnessed it a few times on the daly/east and a most recent a 1m wave roll through the south boat ramp a few weeks back.

Mate, you should hear that big tide come in at Browns creek at night time. It's bl..dy noisy and damn scary the first time you hear it. The logs and cr.p that come with it make a hell of a racket! Especially when you can't see it until it's up the creek?
