We're going down to King Ash Bay for the first time in a week - being a bit slack as we're renting a house boat for 4 days and nights - looking forward to it
I've also hired a 4.5m tender with it and hope to do a bit of fishing with the boys - using the houseboat as a motherboat.
If the wind isn't howling I'd love to head out in the tinny and hunt pelagics around the islands a bit - just queenies, trevallies and such - mackerel would be great too.
I have no idea of the area though and would love any advice or tips in where I might find some pelagics not too far away. Although if I can park the houseboat near the mouth of the macarthur I guess I might be closer than most.
Also if there's any keen bird watchers - I'm a keen wildlife photographer - check my site at www.wildfoto.com.au if you're interested - if anyone has info on good spots for waterbirds etc please let me know
