went down to saddies for a quick after school crabbing session 8) only planned on catching a small meal for me and a few mates but turned out to get a few more.... all in all a good 2 hours

yeh the cod was caught in the pot, them sly bastards always munch on my bait but im not complaining.

might do it more often dont need homework anyway ha

ive never caught one in a pot before your doing well, what type of pots do you use any mods?

i think if they're around blowski they'll get stuck in the pots, i've never caught any crabbing in shoal bay but on tiwi every pot had a good sized cod in it

lol passenger...in Meckitts I used to get cod in every second pot. Some stonkers too. One corner got named "Cod Corner"

Use to catch quite a few cod in the pots. If i didn't get any i'd be quite disappointed. Pulled a pot down here (qld) one day to find a rather large cod half eaten in it, no crab though??? Fat bastard musta been pretty smart to get back out.

netted rectangular pots from fishing and outdoor world, only mods are some cable ties only because of the age of the poor old pots but i bought more at the boat show...... yeh cod are quite a common bi catch for me
