Went out to Hardies with the shift from work, was cold overnight but still managed to jag a couple, best lure was a killalure in one of craigs colours, plenty of cold beers and laughs around the fire.

:bonk:
Not too bad of a finish to the day though. Scored a feed off a 57 and a few crabs aswell as a decent goldie to go with a few rats and a good sized trophy fish thrown in for few pics amongst them. All for a day out under 2hrs away on our doorstep . .. .. gotta love the northern territory lifestyle in the dry.

Took Monday off this week, and took my mate AAron out from fishing and outdoor world for a jewie hunt around nightcliff/Lee point. Managed to see a few on the sounder, but they weren't chewing on the jigs we were dropping down unfortunately.
Luckily, as a rebound, we saw a few small schools of good sized longtail tuna busting up.
Managed to snaffle one up with the stradic 4000, on the beastmaster travel rod. Soooo much fun...
Sushi for days!
