Alright everyone seams to be alot of very tight liped shooters out there at the moment where are all the birds seems that everyone that i have talked to seem to say the same thing "Not many birds around anywhere" is this just because it is early in the season and there is alot of water still around or are they just not talking and keeping it a secrect at the moment would be good to here some reports of shooters bagging out with a general area of where they were without giving up to much info

niglet i have been hunting geese for 30 years ,i never motivated till after the 25 of september and by october im out every 2nd day if i can ,just the way the geese are for me.

True that BarraBase October,November the pick of it.
Niglet i been to Harrisons and Shoal bay and there still very limited numbers of geese and ducks.
Mangos will start to ripen soon and then it will be good hunting and bag limits no probs.

Thanks Guys for the heads up i have only been geese for a couple of years now and is good to here from seasoned hunters. But will keep on going out and sooner or later they will come cheers for the info

If you read my post from opening morning - I got my bag at harrison on open day but apparent they have slow a lot now... shoal bay often has some ducks this time of year on the billabongs... just drop one person on one side and the other person drive the car around the other...

Mate I think if anyone has "bagged out" they have been very very lucky. We have seen alot of water and very few birds.

A bag is only 7;) left them flying
Last Wednesday . Went back this morning and only had 1 flock fly over. Got 2;)
