Dundee blocks

has anyone got a block at Dundee and keen to pass on some wisdom we are going to have a gander at a couple this weekend and would appreciate any tips on the area or dont go areas,I know they are getting pricey but that will only get worse.

max , dallas and i have a place out there but we couldnt afford to buy near the lodge so we bought on fog bay road 12 km out, but we fish six pack a lot so we are 10km from the barramundi drive boat ramp. 20 acres is cheaper than a .5 acre block around dundee proper and if and when they allow us to subdivide we have a better capital gain. pm me if ya want to know more re price etc and what we got
