Trent fotofish 2026
Headed out the south for a look, found plenty of of fish, but not willing to feed, localised overnight and early morning storms shut them down, did dodge a good storm that went to the south of us but copped another at 5 in the morning that had the culverts topped up and flowing over the road

Re: Trent fotofish 2026
First trip out to shady, had a good look around, found a patch of Barra and salmon on the chew, picked up a Jew and snapper on the way home.
Plenty of water there but has dropped, dropping the boat in the side of the ramp was easy enough, it should be close to using the ramp proper by this weekend, the road should be freshly graded. Just need to get the grader out of this hole.

Headed out to Shady last neaps, found a few fish that were keen to eat the irukanji prawns, 89cm was the best, all in great condition

Re: Trent fotofish 2026
Good trip except for sharks smashing the bigger Barra and salmon, did manage to land and release the biggest no worries. Caught on timber surface lure I made, Cooler weathers great for overnighters in the boat at the moment

Put the Barra and salmon heads from last trip to good use on the mud crabs

Fat little 78cm on a Samaki jerk bait, did have a bigger one until the hooks pulled out at the boat.
