Now that the water temperature has settled in the harbour it’s beginning to provide plenty of good dry season Barra. Got five on Monday all over 50 with the biggest 62. The bite was short but each fish fought hard so provided great fun. Saw some bigger fish so hopefully an upgrade is not far away.

Nice Fish Hobbit, you catch that @ about 4m tide level? seems to be when there's been a bit of action around.

I usually got my macks off Six Mile and Lee Point at dawn and dusk, tide was possibly less important.

Well, took the Decky/ Niece out for the first time ever. And after about 20 minutes of trolling, she got onto this mack, and landed it with ease. 83cm to the fork, making it her biggest and best fish yet! (Probably her 4th fish she had caught in her life.) So stoked! Pretty sure she has the fishing-bug now... Def taking her onboard as a decky again!!!

Upgrade - despite the wind we managed a few fish at Bynoe over the weekend. This one went 66 and taken on a gold bomber.
