Bartailed or yellowtailed grunter ... just like a bartailed flathead except completely different :D

Amniataba caudavittata

Usually they are very small, that one is officially a cracker.

Thanks Matt, comprehensive answer. Caught in Darwin Harbour up an arm, thirty years fishing that spot and never caught one before.
