There has been some discussion on another thread about brag mat accuracy, and measuring methods, so here is some clarification.

Any photos where brag mats look dodgy (eg shrunken or folded) may see fish eliminated from the points system - the judge's decision is final on what constitutes dodgy

Fish's mouths may be open or closed for measuring. Given that an open mouth adds a centimetre or so, you might want to make it cough/yawn/sing

Regarding draws (entrants with the same points) - the judge may choose a winner based on the clarity of the measuring pictures etc. If pictures are not clear the fish may take second place in the event of a draw.
