I've been ripped off...Been waitin' for the 'extra virgin' to show up for years. Thought I might grow sunflowers, and make me own oil..
Tipped sunflower oil on the garden bed...two yrs later....still zip.

Ummmm, point of order. You should not use olive oil for deep frying, much less extra virgin, too many solids in suspension that will burn off and leave a bitter taste.

Oh, and I use peanut oil for chips and canola oil for battered fish 190 and 185 degrees celcius respectively.
