Driven past this a few times today doing work jobs... each time have had a laugh..
Anyone know whose boat it is and how it managed to get into this position / situation as yet??
Better be a great story behind it :)

Some major personal problem maybe? Illness and had to get a fast ride to hospital in an ambulance?
or aliens grabbed him and are currently doing the usual anal probing.

Spoke to the bloke and it appears to be one of those we all love to hate. Pullled right up to the water line to walked up and get the car and block the ramp for everyone else and got what he deserved if you ask me.

For sure, he should have moved it to the end of the pontoon but i wonder if he was aware of the etiquette (or common sense)

Q: if there were sooo many people getting blocked by the bloke, why didnt someone offer a hand or even move the boat back a bit.
lets all bag the poop out of him - so much for the 'boating fraternity' where everyone helps everyone else.
the way of the world these days.

In the years ive been here, only twice has anyone ever helped out.

He was there with three other blokes that clearly had no idea what was happening. Another boat tried to tow it but the keel was stuck in the grove in the ramp. Probaly didn't click in there minds to try and maybe push it away from the pontoon. I now the feeling nomad, I regularly launch my 27ft glass boat by myself and not once has anybody ever helped me out and I still manage to get it on and off quicker that some people with 4mt tinnies! painful to say the least....

I'm surprised no one moved it really..
I would have offered to help them retrieve and or move it if I knew it was going to be left there for half the day
Glad I went middle arm today instead of Lizzie
There are some Gerkins around tho..
