Trip from Friday in the harbour. Wind was a bit of a pain half the day but made the most of it. Plenty of rats, couple of legals and a pb jack. The flats were good on the outgoing before the wind came up seeing groups of Barra in the 60-70 mark swimming about. Managed to lose a couple of threadfin salmon on the jump. Copped a treble to the toe from a hooked rat, felt like barb was in but as it shook ripped the hook out for me. Bit of blood on the old thong. Both plastics and hardbodies worked for the fish. Water temp ended up around 28 degrees.

First trip for a couple of months, good to get a fresh feed.

Finally nailed a proper one! They go like freight trains at this size. 100g slow pitch jig doing the job. Also found some trout and Jew all close to Darwin harbour.

Went out last night on Corroboree trying to find a big swamp dog on Active Target. Ended up with a couple of little footballs and a tarpon

Had a win in a local fishing comp with this Grunter 3.7 kg

A few from last month with some family members and a mate cracking their first which is always good to see.
The jacks have been coming on the chew as of late in both Bynoe and Darwin harbour.
