It makes you suspicious of cars lobbing up without a boat on the back.......which unfortunately happens all the time at SWA.

For a few bucks you can leave it at leaders. its not as secure as previously but better than leaving it totally unsupervised

Stinky scumbags, poor owners coming back to find this.
Anyone know the story, was the fire put out before it engulf the whole vehicle?

It's not too much to ask to go for a fish, and expect to return to your car and not find it torched. bl..dy mindless act of vandalism, by heartless douchbags. Fancy seeing a baby seat and think gee that would go up pretty quick.
Tristan, has there been any updates on the cct cameras for Elizabeth river ramp. Maybe there could be a conversation to get the mobile cct trailers to do the rounds of the boat ramps on peak days. It's rubbish that you can not use ramps like this one, Chanel island ramp, middle arm etc, with out the very real risk that you may not have much car left when you have had a day on the water.

The sad thing is, it doesn't matter how good a job the cops do to catch these pr..ks, they will more than likely get a slap on the wrist from the courts and be out doing the same thing next month.
