I knocked up the recipe for Singapore Chilli Crab shown on the SBS show Food Safari Website Really simple and really good, the only thing they don't tell you is the Belacan needs to be roasted first, I just throw a slice on foil into a hot oven for 10 minutes, and I upped the chilli count. Makes enough sauce to cook 2 small to medium crabs in a wok. Best Chilli crab I have ever had.
