As part of Tourism NT’s ongoing marketing activity to promote fishing in the NT, which has included TV commercials on the TEN network, a series of eDMs, targeted print advertising in niche magazines and a refresh of the “EsseNTial Fishing Travel Guide”, we have now launched an online Fishing Game.

The online game was launched on the weekend through our Facebook page and www.travelnt.com The game is supported by a competition that runs for three weeks with a fishing holiday prize worth over $10,000. The game is designed as an arcade-style fishing game. The player will angle and cast their fishing line into the water using the mouse, in an attempt to catch as many fish as possible within the given time limit. It is designed to appeal to both casual and enthusiastic anglers.

To win the game, players need to reach the number 1 spot on the leaderboard, and can be challenged by other top players. The game closes on Saturday 5 June.

So, spread the word! Please send the link to this game to your databases of clients, or load on your own social media platforms, and invite others to play the game!

I dont want to be a party pooper but after giving this game a good go i can not see how the top 3 can be around the 800points... then a 250 odd point gap to the rest of the field??

There has got to be a loop-hole for those to get 800 points??

Wish i knew what it was..
