Small Aluminium job

Post by timwicks »

I need a bracket welded from the gunnel to the console. A simple job but I don't have the tools. Can anyone help?

Sorry mate...I'm only good for blowing big holes in things with a stick welder. I do know that Ally craft on Pruen Rd Berrimah have provided me with good service for a good price in the past..
....I can see you want to do it yourself but if nothing pans out, they are a good option.

G'day mate,
Wayne from Absolute Welding on Georgina Crescent Yarrawonga does a good job if you get stuck.

Thanks for the advice uncleD and muntzy. After some solid searching (before I got your replies) I found a post by Blinky recommending Rod Mclintock, so my boat is currently there, hopefully pick it up today.
What I really appreciate about Rod is he didn't mind doing a small job.
