Would you be willing to pay for an online newspaper?

I get my news everyday via papers on the net, the Australian and the SMH (can not stand TV news). If I could have the Australian delivered to my door (on the day that it is printed) I would do that instead - I do not mind paying for a 'paper' and I love broadsheets.
Given that no paper is used in producing the 'Net' version and you get plastered with advertising (as a cost of viewing for free) I would/will not pay for online access.
Be interesting to see how their plan goes.
