Manton Dam suspicious car

Someone saw a man run to a waiting orange Ford Falcon at Manton Dam last week when they returned to the boat ramp. This was in daylight - they felt that he was checking the cars for a theft - be warned.

Yeah there's definitely some dodgey people heading down that way lately. I went down with a
group of mates the weekend we had all that rain. We were one of only two boats on the
water and had left a kneeboard and wakeboard on the bank near the bbq's while taking
the girls for a spin on the tube. About 3pm we came back swapped the girls who headed
home and the tube for the boards and headed back out. By this stage we were the only ones
around and between 3pm and 5pm had the tube stolen from the bank where we had left
it tied to a tree.

Must be some desperate people in need of some new ski equipment. Just glad they didn't find the boards earlier!!
