Lizzy Crabs

Post by ryjan »

A very boring sat recovering from the fireworks from last night. jumped on the computer and checked the tides and decided to throw the boat in and stay close to home and try my luck with the crabs. Left home at 1:00 and in the water by 1:30 pulled our last pot at 4:00 and ended up with a total of 5 nice muddies, and only a stones throw from elizabeth river boat ramp. plenty of pots up most of the creeks but managed to scrape up a shallower creek and have it all to ourselves. not many places you can do that, cheers

Great buck Ryan!

That lizzy a great river for crabbing. Generally only pull big buggas out of there and rarely get small ones. Great little spot for a quickie if you live in palmo.
