Blue 4.5 has been located and anchored, to be picked up tonight or tomorrow morning hopefully, and the Qunitrex has been sighted as well we think, just gathering the resources and heading out tonight.
Wonder what flat top bank is like tonight !!!!!
Cheers for everyones help, Water Police supplied us with some contact numbers for people only to happy to go out of their way and give a hand. It is much appreciated, and both boat owners wish me to convey their thanks to everyone as well.
Hopefully she don't drift too far tonight !!
Cheers, Dan

Good on ya Slapper
I was wondering how this was going to end. Or even how it happened
Well it has not ended yet, but atleast the boats have been sighted, hopefully you get them back to Darwin OK, and they are OK.

Cheers boys, she's all good now.
Appears that during some pretty ordinary weather on tuesday night, the tow rope ended up around the props of the first boat in tow, cutting the rope and setting the other two adrift. By all reports just bl..dy unlucky.
In the end all is good, boys got the boats back and despite being a bit out of pocket with spotter planes and the like, hopefully will be out on the water again soon.
Might have to teach them the art of logistical planning for a decent remote trip i reckon, bugger the Motherships !!!!!
Cheers
