Yep, this guy was also excitable when any game appeared. So much so that he'd scare it off with his yelling when he saw it!
Some people argue that if you're going to ban guns, you should ban cars. Cars kill far more people than guns. The shooter I referred to hasn't hurt anyone with a gun, but went on to drive over a scooter rider with his Troop carrier in Mitchell St about 3 years ago. It was deemed by the Supreme Court to be an accident, but clearly there are some who are more accident prone than others.....
