Thanks Matt, this is great news.
I was having a good little session one evening off the beach at tree point when I was confronted by a couple of very angry halfwits telling my mate and I that we people need to be educated and to get off their land immediately. We politely apologised as we had no idea it was their land, got back in the boat and left a bit in shock at the way they had confronted us.
Looks like it was not us who needed educating after all.
I guess you could say I am really looking forward to another session off the beach at tree point.

I have a couple of mates who have a serious background....the type who walk softly but carry a big stick! We might go and have a fish and bbq out there.....these blokes never start anything but they don't take a backward step either. Any threats of violence will definately be called.

Now that my friend is a very good idea! I like it, I like it a lot! If idiots arrive making threats they can simply be invited to join in on the cricket game, meet some new people and have some fun.......or they can continue to make a fool of themselves........there is no right or wrong....simply actions and consequences!

Yeah its getting real interesting, even the other half of the Bairds aren't allowed on there. Haha

Sounds like someone has a real chip on their shoulder.

Even DH is still living in denial! Anyone know what DH real name is?

What's going on within the Baird family is irrelevant to the issue at hand and no one's business. Those Baird members other then Benny Baird have separate issues and why they choose to make this public knowledge I'm not sure. Oh and they are not the other half they're only a couple of them.

There are side issues coming out which are interesting but not relevant to the main issue.

It is has been made clear that it is a public access zone.

Even if it were private land, people should be asked to leave, not bashed.

We all have to put up with the impact of other people in our lives in public areas, the fact that some have tried to defend assaults on public land is very surprising.

Well all I can say is that sooner or later the truth on access to the area will come out. Despite what has been said recently clarification and actual documentation from the government authorities needs to be shown as proof from both sides and then we'll find out who is correct.
