Daly Accomodation

Post by jasbags »

Hi everyone

I am also looking at getting some accomodation at the Daly next April.

Everyone on here has steered me towards Banyan Farm however Banyan is all booked due to the Classic and I can't get in there on the dates I am looking at.

Can anyone else recommend any other place to stay?

I read this post and and very concerned about coming all the way from Adelaide to be stung with bad accomodation. I am yet to identify where this place is but if anyone would like to PM me it would be greatly appreciated and kept confidential.

We are looking for a cabin of some sorts, nothing fancy. Just something with air-con, fridge etc and a place to sleep 3 blokes. I was thinking Wooliana might be the go but i don't want to stay there if that is the dodgy place???

Any guidance on where to stay (and where not to stay) would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks / Jas

Mate, may well be the same place (most likely is) but I dont mind the place, I park where he tells me and just have a good time. All the accomodation is of varying standard at the Daly, but you get used to the one you like,

I was once asked to move after 6 days, so I did, to the other side of the same site.

I would look to book soon. It all fills fast unless your in a tent or swag at that time of year.

sorry guys but again i don't know where you are talking about becuase no one has named the place??? Are you talking about Wooliana?

I understand if you can't write it in a public forum but can someone maybe PM me the name that there has been problems with???

If it is Wooliana, and I can't get into Banyan due to the Classic are there any other places on the Daly that offer cabin accomodation?

Thanks
