Hey guys thanks for the info bellfish, sounds like you had a good day. Hopefully the bait and sailfish are still hanging round. Lats, where do you think you will end up fishing on Sunday?

Well fellas I can tell you that another big storm passed over the Finniss, Blaze and Bowral Shoals area again today. Seems the Blaze Perons regions have been copping afternoon storms on a daily basis. Today's storm hit the area at 2pm and this tends to put the fishing off. Not much as been spoken of of late at the ramp, so I'm not sure how well the area is producing at present. only 8 boats fished today. Dont forget during the week there's no service between 10 am to 3pm

Puts them off? I've had some of my hottest sessions lately around the storms for a variety of species. Plenty of Jenny/Blaze jew and gold in average conditions. Biggest concern for me is lightning but hard to drive away when I know the storm bite is coming!

What you'd rather put the safety of your punters at risk and fish in a storm with lightning around? I think you need to develop some WH&S policy there.

Hope they biting this weekend I'm spending Friday and Saturday night down that way. Going in my mate 8.5 half cab so plenty of space to keep dry.hottuna wrote:Puts them off? AM- Actually meant how long the storms were lasting, if the storms have only been moving through quick it's not so bad.
