Boating hazard at east arm

There is a large object at the bottom of the east arm ramp.
Came across it just after a 1.8m low tide Sunday morning.
Might be a bit of the pontoon, not sure.
Defiantly a prop disaster if you clip it.

I launch there all the time and have never spotted it before
What angler can cross over a bridge without peering over its side
