daly tidal bore

Post by Matt Flynn- »

Everyone forgets about the Daly tidal bore because it only happens occasionally - they also get a tidal bore at Broad Sound in Queensland. I watched a film of a tidal bore (i think it was the Amazon) and it was a 3m wall of white water, ripping trees out by the roots. Lucky it's not that bad on the Daly.
