What size boat ? Where you launching from ?
A million dollar question and hard to say yeah go for it .
10 kts isn't that much to worry about with these tides
but there's been some big blows the last couple of days
so just go with your ability's and what the boat can handle.
Good luck ,, stay safe

I was out there in a mates 4mt punt in 10kts with a 1 mtr swell
not white capping but I was glad we only had to run into Buff .
If she blows up just take it easy and allow for extra fuel ,still
a hard call .

ditto what Jeff said.
just learn how to drive the boat (not taking the p..s) and you will have a much safer journey.

just slow down and take a different heading.
small boats are great for what they were made and will handle a bit of sea but even the ocean liners get smashed

oh, did i say SLOW DOWN?
