Black on the rain radar

Don't think I have seen the BOM rain radar hit the darkest colour in the key down south before, it did so on SA's Kangaroo island tonight, see attached.

And a recent photo here of the the island after last summer's fires pretty much swept burned it out ... https://twitter.com/StanGorton/status/1 ... 93/photo/1

Wonder how the heavy rain will affect the burned areas.

They are getting it again today. Flinders Ranges will be plenty green after this.
