Probably doesn't help having Libs in federally and Labor locally. Might change when Labor is in federally, which is likely at next federal election.

As for fracking, yep, oil and fracking etc won't stop, climate change will run its full course.

Landbridge might buy the Territory......

They own the port and the Casino

( Google who owns the company who bought the casino )

Good report here ... https://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-12-15/ ... t/10623916

Very hard for Labor, being at the receiving end of Inpex completion.

Labor did the right thing with a cautious approach to fracking, although oil use has to be eliminated to slow global warming.

Given the obvious global future for energy perhaps a big NT solar project could get going, the NT has the sunlight.

The Libs have blown billions on things like the Murray/Darling fiasco. Some of those billions could have put the NT right.

Libs also set up the national housing bubble, can hardly claim good economic management. I see in today's news that they might use their spare cash from an unexpected budget surplus for tax cuts. Tax cuts of course the only way they'll get re-elected.
