Avatar library ........

Been thinking we might benefit from a library so people can add a generic avatar if they wish too..... a bit like out emoticons ???
Is this doable Matt??
PS any update on new emoticons???? and how do you put up an avatar that is a GIF (motion one??)

I thought we had an avatar library already?
Unfortunately my web software helper has gone awol again. He has had the new emoticons on the to-do list for some time now.
I'll see what I can do.

Hay so we do...never seen it before
some in there might need to be removed though..NTG filters will pick a few of them out
Maybe a few updated ones for the library....or a spot where people can download them for other to use???
