Why can't I see photos?

Sorry I wasn't sure where to put this!
I use tapatalk to view this forum but sometimes I can't view photos in posts. Does anyone know why this is?

Some fotos come up. Some dont. Just push options and go to web view

When u go to webview are you logged in online? Sometimes it makes me relogin
