If FFF is slow try this ...

This was suggested by the webhost for anyone who finds the FFF website to be slow. I tried it and it appeared to work.
1) Go to Start->Run and at the "Run" Prompt please type "cmd"
2) A black Command Prompt screen will appear, please type the following "ipconfig /flushdns" | this will clear your DNS Cache Resolve
3) Once the prompt returns please type the following "ipconfig /registerdns"
