the early rem 700's i bought have been great rifles,more recent ones dont seem as accurate.
The rem marlins quality is ,cr.p compared to the original marlin lever guns, that done them no favour's,
not to long ago some rem 700's were firing without pulling the trigger
Gun laws in aus are sh/t.Can have a rem 7600 308 pump with a 10 shot mag but cant have pump action 12g
