Reluctant to post Ukraine stuff on here but this video of Ukraine civilians taking on invading Russian armoured vehicles with molotov cocktails needs to be seen (war violence warning) ... https://twitter.com/i/status/1497454388088127490

I assume the video is from Ukraine 2022 conflict and not a fake.

A Ukrainian tech did the last upgrade on this forum, it's a small world.

Quote ...

"The fact that Putin managed to persuade Trump that Ukraine belongs to Russia, and that Trump would be willing to give up Ukraine without any kind of fight, that’s a major success for Putin’s information war. I mean he has got swathes of the Republican Party — and not just them, some on the left, as well as on the right — masses of the U.S. public saying, “Good on you, Vladimir Putin,” or blaming NATO, or blaming the U.S. for this outcome. This is exactly what a Russian information war and psychological operation is geared towards. He’s been carefully seeding this terrain as well. We’ve been at war, for a very long time. I’ve been saying this for years."

Whenever the Russian leaderships' lips are moving they are lying ... https://www.news.com.au/world/europe/uk ... b6d72b4a30

Wouldn't want to be in a tank these days, the hand-launched missiles and drones are incredibly effective.

I see the original tweets have been deleted, probably to prevent reprisals.

Russia is now losing the war, Sweden and Finland have officially declared they will join NATO after decades of neutrality, the Russian economy is isolated, a disaster for Russia ... https://www.forbes.com/sites/davidaxe/2 ... g-the-war/

It will be an ongoing disaster for the world for some time because of high fuel and food prices, but hopefully it brings long-term change for the better.

Bizarre that many Australians are falling for Russian propaganda, with Facebook comments full of pro-Putin pro-Trump supporters, these Aussies must not enjoy living in a country with high living standards, free speech and a democratic government, perhaps these Aussies should move to Russia for a taste of media censorship and living with a government that steals the people's money and tortures and kills dissenters.

Not that our governments are much better but at least you get a chance to call out their bullsh.t and roll them at each election

War joke ...

Russian wife asks her soldier husband: "What's happening in Ukraine?"

Husband says: "Well, now NATO are involved."

Wife asks: "Are we winning?"

Husband says: "We have lost 27,000 men, 1000 tanks, a ship, helicopters, planes and a lot of other stuff and we are being driven back on all fronts."

Wife asks: "What about NATO losses?"

Husband says: "They aren't here yet."

Lone soldier's brave last stand against multiple Russian attackers ... https://www.reddit.com/r/ukraine/commen ... ukrainian/

Russia selling its oil despite the embargoes, China and India are buying their oil, apparently EU ships are shipping it, but at least Ukraine seems to be holding out on the fronts.

The good things that could have been built with money spent on weapons from both sides ... instead, spent on destruction.

Good to see Ukraine having more wins.

Also interesting to see this, how Putin wins influence in Western politics, aside from his troll farm working our social media, he spends millions ... https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/ ... department

Gotta wonder where that under-the-table cash went, and who is still on the take.

Interesting footage from the Russian ship that was recently sunk while trying to fend off the Ukrainian sea drones. The sound cuts in and out, there are two drone hits (no gore) ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzzhtW3RhgU

War has been in a stalemate, if Trump pulls support it will be tough for Ukraine.
