I see that youre in Brisbane so it might be hard to visit them personally.
Get on the web and do some searching. i just typed in coxswains jobs nt and got heaps of hits.

I might try this one myself http://www.ironlady.com.au/jobs/ :D

call nt tourism and get the names of tour operators.

try the yellow pages websits and search for tour operators.

in other words, use your nous and do a lot of research of your own. youve been given a few contacts, follow them up.
usually a call to one operator will give you a few other leads.

failing all of that, jump in the car and drive up here. 3 days and youre in heaven.

theres plenty of other work as well while you wait
good luck

Remember that you have to crawl before you walk. My nephew started working on small yachts scrubbing decks. Now he has worked on various super yachts throughout the world , currently in Monaco. Gets around $10K /week when sailing. much less in port but free rent and he lives in Monaco.

try try and try again.
much better to knock back work than the other way around.

Just remember basic requirements for guiding in the NT
FTO
NT endorsed Coxswains
Insurance
H Endorsement
ABN
Around $2000 per annum for FTO and Insurance
Tick those boxes and you shouldn't have a problem

Word is they are limiting FTO licences next year... ??.. might only be a vicious rumour but just what i heard...
maybe someone might know more about that issue,, that will nip things in the bud... maybe..
