A few pics from Wednesday 6th Feb land based trip.
Early morning start and the fish were there on the incoming about 8am but no fish pics as we were all spread out and busy trying to dig the claws into the mud and hold onto fish
Not a lot of fresh run off but enough to land an 80, drop 2 in 70-80's and land plenty in the 50-60 bracket and smaller- plus drop some of them too...
Lost some lures to snags and gained a few that others had lost and saw lures hanging and floating past everywhere.
All checked for tags before hasty releases and after about 2 hours they all just disappeared almost as quick as it started. We fished for a while from the top of the tide as it ran out but it slowed the water and all went dead.
Not a lot of run going on but enough. Saw a few boats and only a handful of land based fishos but otherwise very quiet through the week.
