looks like you like a bit of an adventure ,top stuff .do you go into 4 mile hole much .spent a few trips in there years ago it was a bit of an adventure back then to get your rig in over the flood plain areas .i heard at one stage they had closed it indefinatly

Are they frigging kidding.. 4 mile has had hardly enough rain to even soften the floodplain, let alone "flood" it.

Management of Kakadu has gone downhill in recent years. They blame low tourist numbers but I would be willing to bet the problem is the management, not the tourist numbers.

They didn’t even bother opening twin falls this year. Kakadu is going down hill big time.
