good morning everyone,
I have been told that we could get milkfish in between fish feeding and the defence, so I went this morning.
I couldn't find anywhere to go down, am I stupid or we just can't anymore?
So i'm after any spot around Darwin where i'll be able to finally get some milkfish for a bit of fun.
thanks

You are fishing landbased? Much easier fishing that area if you can get hold of a tinny. There is a large no-fishing zone.

Try the wharf..you'll need about 10 loaves of bread however to bring the milk fish out.

Doctors Gulley..go left from the carpark till the sign or just past the tree thats out to sea...5-10 loaves burly up on incoming tide, 4,0 hook vaseline on your leader to help it float or just walk out to waist height...pick your fish (over a meter)...feed it your hook...hold the hell on!..oh and don't forget your hat as you will be there for 45 mins fighting it. good luck.
