Ya Gotta Laugh

After a 9,000 km retrun trip to the keep River for barra, went fishing off the rocks at home (Ball Bay, just north west of Mackay) and landed a 97 cm barra...A 2.6 km return walk through a National Park.

That's a cracker fish! Well done.

After 20+ years in Darwin I ended up fishing Sadgroves Creek a lot, 1km from where I lived. I'd be gone for an hour or two and always catch a few, use $2 worth of fuel.

I hear you Matt , I did an epic trip around Bynoe last year over two days for 3 Rats about 140lts of fuel.
Got back to Dinah late Sunday arvo with 20 or so boats waiting to get out ,so we just flicked some luers
along the mangroves straight across from the ramp and landed 4 in the 60,s in 30mins .

yep we all had a laugh that day. :lol: :bonk:
