What are people's opinions on the Ultrega FB? How does it compare to the stradic fk?

seems like a good reel. most of the reviews say it does well i would go with the stradic though just because we know they are trust worthy

Yeah, so far I have heard nothing but good things about the Stradic. The Ultrega does seem to have positive feedback but there isn't much.

I've been running the older ultegra xtc 14000 for 3 years now on my gt setup and have not had any dramas. Casts beautifully and retrieve is smooth. Have performed minimal maintenance and it has lived its life in the salt.
