Considering the amount of hoops that you need to jump through by AMSA to get a marine license, that is amazing

No words !!!!!! This is just totally F@#'d up . AMSA should be disbanded , No Teeth .No Guts , No Idea .

Still got a case coming up , but at this stage no joy can come from it .

So a Ship Master can run you down without fear of being held accountable !!!!!

A cray boat skipper down south of WA years ago ran a boat over and killed a little boy and was not charged, said the sun was low and with the glare they couldn’t see the little boat even with the Col Regs saying drive at a speed to suit conditions. I hope they get something from what happened.
