You may already be aware, but just wanted to confirm NLC 115th FCM resolution that the requirement for a permit to access Aboriginal owned tidal waters has been waived 6 months to 31 December 2017.

NLC will release the relevant public communications shortly, similar to the beginning of this year. These will include a public notice in the NT News and a factsheet and map. All will be uploaded on the NLC web page for the public to access. NLC will also release a new issue of the Sea country News flyer to hand out at community meetings to let TOs know. Those communications will be circulated shortly.
