SHADY CHARACTERS SPOTTED NEAR ORE WHARF

Just happened to be on bit of a looksee tour with the old man this arvo
Spotted a verrrry dodgy looking pair of rubber clad frogs tied up near a wharf that is dissapearing rather quickly.
Not much going on looked like they may have finished for the day
Pretty sure they were up to no good tho
they were in a white plastic boat that now has a fine looking targa bar on it
Very suspicious looking and if seen you should probobly approach at full noise turn sharply at last second and spray with roost (they covered in rubber anyway no probs getting wet)
How was it in there BB looked fairly clear from the shore
