Mini Mini Boat Ramp Launch Tides

Me and my mates are booked in at Wiligi Outstation later on this year to fish the Mini Mini and some bluewater fishing of Wiligi. I have fished the Mini Mini a couple times with a private operator some 20 yrs ago and look forward to returning. My biggest problem as we like to be extremely accurate and precise in planning these remote trips is the launch tide at the boat ramp. A good sauce tells me you need 3M of Darwin tide to launch and the boat ramp is 2.5 hrs after Darwin tide times. So as long as the Darwin tide chart Says 3M and rising I'm safe to launch even though it would not actually be 3M at the boat ramp ???????????
