Wow, he hung his foot over the side wow, what a dickk head, wow.

If he gets taken he can count him self very unlucky. People swim at shady and cant get eatin. That pigger the other day was a good example. The croc nailed the dog but easily if it wanted to, could have taken the bloke standing in front of it. Humans aren't there prey and it is rare they will attack one. I feel more unsafe driving on the high way to get to the rivers with clowns that drive on the roads, or more worried about my ceiling fan falling off the roof and hitting me!

Cuddles you would need to duck in most houses for ceiling fans..
I guess it's once you have your own young kids in a boat that your opinion and thoughts start to change on the crocs when you begin to worry for some one else's safety not so much your own !

I get it now..It's a dickhead act to stick your leg over the side, but, all good to lean over and 'swim' a barra to release it. :?

As for having littlies on the boat, educate them to stay away from the sides, and, if necessary harness them accordingly, until they're old enough to understand why.
Would have thought anyone with half a grain of sense could have worked that out. :)

With visitors, you warn them, some listen, others don't..Nothing more you can do.

This is what makes me laugh about all the other posts brandishing this nomad as the most foolish fisho on the planet...

You are a muppet mate !!
Croc jumping tours what do you think a croc would do if it jumped and landed on the side of a boat ? Even a 5m boat would get pretty wild .
Anything under that it would be all over boat upside down and all in the drink..

Simple answer..Don't go out in ya boat if your worried about crocs jumping aboard.
Then you can sit at home and 'troll' all day without putting anyone at risk. :)

Troll that's pretty funny coming from someone who had a running joke going with him self about some chicken nuggets!!!
I'd like to think I've contributed a bit to the forum over the years because I think someone's story was a little out there and comment on it make you a troll imagine if we all thought alike wouldn't be much on here :)

Little out there? You mean like a saw shark cutting your anchor line out there?

Nothing 'out there' about kids safety on boats, only a real 'muppet' would think otherwise.
If you took the chip off your shoulder, and took a course in simple comprehension, you'd realise I was making the correlation between olmate with his leg over the side, and, hanging your arm out to swim a barra.
As to the 'nuggets', you really need to grow a sense of humour, after all, it WAS in the 'banter' section.
Just so you know..That's where people can lighten up and have a bit of fun.

The burning question is, Fogz, was it a cross-cut or hack saw???.
Faark me!! Here we go with the 'banter' AGAIN. :naughty:

Nah I mean like crocodiles being taught to Jump for food on a few of the major rivers now not that out there !!
My barra fishing is done out of relatively small boats so its always something to think about.. We don't need to cull the saw sharks the netters do a good enough job there :)
Swimming a fish to release it and having your leg dangling over the side in the water are a little different But both have risks..

Must have posted at the same time :)
The nuggets topic was moved a couple of times from chat bar to other people's posts to the for sale section!! not sure after that I lost track of it :)
Yeah I will take ya word for it so your saying old mate that was hanging his leg over the side should be tied to the floor of the boat ?? :)

time to stop living under your bridge DOUG, lighten up hey. I reckon it was a specially trained pod of dolphins that cut the anchor rope, seems as likely as a saw shark..
