Just found out that Von of Stanage Bay Marine passed away last year. She was well-known in fishing circles, good person and a character, she helped me with the FISH FINDER book for the Stanage area.

People who have fished Stanage over the years would know her.

Great lady who went through more than her share of adversity over the years.

Excellent ambassador for Stanage Bay (Plum Tree village) with boat yard, tackle shop, bait shop and rental accpmmodation manager. She even had her own crab licence (not an easy job).
