So the Gov is putting $2.38 m over 3 years into the northern beef industry which includes WA,NT and QLD,but our local council gets $6,5 m for a new admin office.

Yes, that seems odd.

I see that the newish Darwin abattoir is closing soon. Lucky the tackle shops are busy :D
