Best baitcaster rod ever made?

There'll be lots of reasons why its this one or that one but a couple of manufacturers models will stand out over time.

OK. Loomis rods would have to be one of the well known manufacturers. They've made plenty but the standout would have to be:

A crankbait casting model CBR 756 Bronze coloured graphite rod before the days of GL2/3 or GL20 or so.

6'3'' 12 - 25 lbs medium action. Loomis had a numbering system for how strong the rod was and this one was max strength of 6. Stop a big fish quickly.

Best barramundi casting rod ever made (to me anyway).

Stopped production years ago but new ones still available. Don't know if old stock or demand has made Shimano (they bought Loomis rods from Gary Loomis) make some again.

Well my go to was a samurai reaction b ut now use a Wilson venom 10kg stick now.

Well unfortunately I don't think that Samurai make the reaction anymore. Its a little lighter and shorter than the Venom. Both a great rods certainly up there with the best of them.
