Casting AND trolling? I have a couple of T-Curve Mack Spin, they are great for casting, but I troll with something beefier. They'd probably do the job for trolling tho.
Those Terez rods look beefy, dont have one to compare though.

Personally i believe saltiga reels are too slow and to heavy for casting chromies.
For Big ass poppers and lures for gt hell yeah.
I run the following in my stable.
Saltiga 4000h on a 7f Smith limited
Saltiga 4500 on 7t gloomis pro blue
Saltiga 4500 extreme on 6 ft saltiga
Saltiga 4000 on a 5,6ft venom.
I had a 7ft venom a great rod for trolling, bottom bashing but too heavy for casting chromies.
Don't spend 1k on reel that will put most species backwards and put it on a cheap rod. I love using my saltiga at 3/4 drag so need a rod which can handle that.
Smith ltd is my favorite of the bunch.

Talk to Larry Lockwood at LJ's Custom Rods in Palmo, have one built to suit you and what you want to achieve. I am a big fan of his work...
